Donation of Computers to the School in the Disaster Area of An County

It is one of the foundation’s constant goals to contribute to the reconstruction of schools in the disaster area and bring children there more hope.
On the basis of many investigations and surveys in collaboration with the Bureau of Education of Mianyang City, Benevolence and Jiaoshen International Care Net together donated 20 new computers worth 50,000 RMB with each responsible for half of the sum to the newly built Anxian Experimental Junior Middle School of Sichuan in Huahe Town, An County, Sichuan on January 24, 2010. In the program, we had several negotiations with the supplier, a computer company from Mianyang, to reach an agreement on the equipment maintenance and guarantee, which would remove the school’s worries. The program was intended to provide the disaster-area children with a chance to catch up with the time.
